We’re energized by complex medical dermatology and work across disciplines when needed. Having practiced in Central Ohio for over a decade, our team collaborates with rheumatology, allergy/immunology, oncology, orthopedics, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, and other dermatology colleagues to support whole-person care.
We value your time and strive to be mindful and efficient. Education is part of our practice culture and you may occasionally see dermatology residents or medical students in clinic. Their presence helps train the next generation of clinicians, and we appreciate your support.
What We Treat and Offer
Rixis Dermatology provides comprehensive medical and surgical dermatology for patients across Columbus and Central Ohio. Our team diagnoses and treats a wide range of conditions, including but not limited to acne, actinic keratoses, athlete’s foot (tinea pedis), basal cell carcinoma, contact dermatitis, cysts, dyshidrosis, herpes simplex, keloids, lipomas, lupus erythematosus, melasma, melanoma, molluscum contagiosum, nail fungus (onychomycosis), psoriasis, rosacea, rashes, seborrheic keratoses, skin cancer, skin tags, squamous cell carcinoma, warts, and vitiligo.
We offer evidence-based procedures tailored to your needs, including, but not limited to, allergy patch testing, cryotherapy, electrodesiccation and curettage (ED&C), mole and skin cancer screening, photodynamic therapy (blue light/PDT), skin biopsies, skin cancer surgery, steroid injections, and superficial radiation therapy (SRT).
Cosmetic dermatology is not our primary emphasis, but we do offer on label cosmetic treatments. Services include neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, Excel V vascular laser, CO₂ laser, or mild chemical peels. If a request falls outside our scope, we’re happy to recommend trusted colleagues.

Rixis Dermatology is a team-based practice. Dr. Stephanie K. Fabbro, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist with more than a decade of experience and ongoing roles in resident education. Our physician assistant Thomas Cieslewicz, MPAP, PA-C, delivers patient-centered, evidence-based care aligned with our standards. We strive to have the top dermatologist care team in Columbus, Ohio.
